DirectLaw is a virtual law firm platform that provides web-enabled document automation through a client portal. The application includes over 300 automated documents powered by Rapidocs. The platform will also support documents automated in HotDocs, as well as document and legal forms that are in MS Word or Adobe .PDF format.
The DirectLaw platform includes an integrated ecommerce component and can easily be integrated into your existing web site creating a system for delivering legal services online.
The DirectLaw Platform is licensed as a Software as a Service (Saas) on a monthly subscription basis.

DirectLaw was introduced in January 2009, and over 120 law firms nationwide have subscribed. Included in the subscription fee is listing on our consumer portal at http://www.mylawyer.com which features our nationwide network of virtual law firms offering unbundled legal services over the Internet. Both the MyLawyer.com Directory and the DirectLaw virtual law firm platform are unique.
